Amy is a native Las Vegan who happened to grow up in the suburbs of St. Louis, Missouri. She returned to her birth city in 1989 and was immediately immersed in all things marketing and gaming, as she began working in casinos and ad agencies. She gained a wide range of knowledge about marketing and advertising, as well as broadcast production (which was always her secret favorite part of her job). She let the cat out of the bag while working as an Account Supervisor at R&R Partners and took a coordinator position within their internal production department. The only thing that ended up dragging her away was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to live in Australia for a year; where she worked at Perth’s largest ad agency with, you guessed it, a casino client.
Returning to Vegas in 2000, she jumped right into a position as Director of Advertising for Coast Resorts – where she learned more than anyone should ever need to know about the hotel/casino business. Throughout her advertising career, she’s been able to expand her range of marketing knowledge to also include car dealers, home builders, clothing retail, public agencies, politicals, and live entertainment, to name a few! She’s well-suited to the role of Executive Producer with her skills for juggling multiple tasks, great client service, tough negotiating skills and eye for both detail and creative. You can count on Amy to be with you throughout your project from the initial quote until the final tape is delivered, making it all look easy along the way.
Amy enjoys reading, movies and political activism (really, don’t get her started!), and most of all, hanging out with her posse: her husband, 17-year old daughter, 3-year-old son and their maltipoo puppy, Sam-I-Am.
